Healthy Apple-Banana Orange Whip

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup apple banana, ripe
  • 2 cups milk, non-fat
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 cups crushed ice


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy.


Notes:

  • Honey should be avoided even in processed foods for infants 12 months old or younger. Feeding honey to infants (12 months or younger) is associated with infant botulism.
